Tracy Ward brings over three decades of expertise in catalyzing transformative change through strategic investments in community and economic development, media, and natural resources.

In 2022, Tracy founded Bluebird Enterprises LLC, a firm dedicated to offering specialized services and spearheading project development for businesses, non-profits, and municipalities committed to enacting positive change.

With a focus on businesses in growth mode, Tracy specializes in providing strategic advisement and business development assistance. Tracy’s commitment extends beyond individual enterprises; she specializes in building thriving communities through economic development initiatives that mutually benefit businesses and the areas they serve.

Prior to establishing Bluebird Enterprises, Tracy played a pivotal role as the inaugural Executive Director of the Easton Economic Development Corporation (EEDC). At EEDC, she led the development and execution of a comprehensive infrastructure program aimed at enhancing economic vitality in the Town of Easton, MD. Before her tenure on the Eastern Shore, Tracy made significant contributions to the Baltimore region. She published Urbanite, an award-winning magazine, and actively supported community development initiatives through roles at the Belair-Edison Housing Service, Downtown Partnership, and Fannie Mae.

Tracy’s expertise is honed from leadership positions held in both the business and non-profit sectors. Currently, she serves on the board of Blue Oyster Environmental, an oyster aquaculture company based in Cambridge, Maryland and is President of the St. Michael’s Farmers Market.

Tracy resides in Royal Oak, Maryland, where she indulges a passion for gardening, sailing, and her love of travel.
